Temple Emanuel’s Sisterhood is a dynamic organization comprised of women in different life stages, and with various backgrounds, interests and needs. We share a desire to be a vital force in the life of our congregation. With this in mind we create loving, powerful opportunities to impact each other and the rest of our congregation. We pray together, play together, take care of the students and teachers in our religious school, support our congregation and Women of Reform Judaism with monetary contributions, and bring educational, meaningful and entertaining programming to the Temple. We support Social Action in our community and the larger Jewish world. Thank you to the majority of women in our congregation who belong to our Sisterhood. In whatever way you choose to be part of this organization, you are so important. Please read our Membership Letter, and then print out & send in our Sisterhood Membership Application today! As always, we need you to be complete.
Mah Jongg- Players of all levels can join this weekly group meeting at Temple Emanuel most Monday mornings at 10:30am. Please call Estelle at (845) 657-8476 or email Stelle@hvc.rr.com for more information.
